HypnoThoughts LIVE 2027 takes place on November 5, 6 & 7 in 2027. The event is 3 full days on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
This annual event has migrated to the Courtland Grand Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. It's located in Downtown Atlanta with updated rooms, generous amenities including a fitness center, a signature glass dome roof pool, onsite dining, and a full conference event center. The venue recently completed a top-to-bottom renovation with even more updates planned for early 2027.
We have secured a special rate for attendees. The link will be made available in early September. Be sure to secure your room as early as possible! If you're already registered for the conference, you'll be the first to know as the booking link is available.
The Atlanta International Airport is a convenient hub for many major airlines with direct routes for top cities around the world. The airport code is ATL.
Plan to be there for the full day for all three days of the conference. Workshops typically start around 9:00am and the educational day usually wraps up around 6:00pm. Special evening events will soon be announced for those who wish to participate.

If you are accepted to present at HypnoThoughts LIVE 2027, your ticket price will be 50% off the early bird ticket (the lowest price we offer all year). So if you register for the conference now and then apply, we will refund the balance when you are selected. You risk nothing and lock in the lowest price if you register today and apply to speak later.
(We've simplified this to eliminate the confusion of the "did I buy the right ticket" or "do I need to sell my full-price ticket" situations.)

Absolutely, and we encourage it! Some of the most powerful things that happen at these events happen in the hallways, at dinner, and between sessions. Bring your people. Note that everyone in attendence is required to have their own paid registration.

Refund Policy
Due to the amount of logistics, care, and non-refundable deposits that go into planning the largest hypnosis conference, we have the following policies in place.
Participant Refund Policy
Conference registration and/or workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a 10% processing fee) provided written notification is received prior to February 1, 2027.
Cancellation after February 1st & before May 14th, refund permitted minus 25% processing fee.
Cancellation after May 14th & before July 1st, refund permitted minus 50% processing fee
Due to financial obligations incurred by Hypnothoughts Live, no refunds will be granted after July 1, 2027.
In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
No-shows cannot be issued a refund, as contractual agreements have been met and paid to the venue based on attendance.

Force Majeure: Hypnothoughts Live will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Exhibitor Refund Policy
Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $30 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until eight (8) weeks prior to the conference start date.
A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between eight (8) weeks and four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date.
No refunds will be granted within four (4) weeks of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.
